About FMN

Hello FMN community!

As you know we have been working hard to provide you with the best possible platform to network and launch your modeling or photography related career. During the past few months we have been developing a series of upgrades for the websites and the way the events function. These will be implemented throughout the following months so please excuse the maintenance on the site but we promise you ll like the end product. Without further ado, here is a list of the upcoming changes:

There will be three levels of memberships:
- Beginner: Access to basic site features such as image uploads, blogs and messages.
- Amateur: Access to all basic features as well as special groups updated often with new instructional videos and tutorials on modeling, photography, editing, make up and more!
- Professional: Unrestricted access to all website features as well as our monthly portfolio building event and occasional VIP only shoots!
The guidelines for uploading images are as follows:
- No explicit nudity or exploitative sexual content!
- Images must be rotated properly.
- Images must be framed appropriately, in relative focus and well lit.
- No repeated images or several images of very similar poses. Images may be rejected if content is deemed not artistic enough. Pick your best shots!
- Maximum of 50 images uploaded at a time, so make them count.
- And most importantly, have fun and share your creativity with the whole community!!
We will also be offering comprehensive modeling packages that include a full shoot with several outfits and sets with our full staff of professional individuals. Just bring your best poses, and one of our excellent photographers, together with make-up and hair stylists will help you build your portfolio with exactly the looks you want. We will also have Comp. Cards available as well as prints of images. Prices coming soon!
Every month we will have six spotlight models who will be selected by the staff before the event and who will be the showcase of that month. Three who have regularly attended FMN events and three newcomers. These models will get increased exposure for that month in exchange for their repeated attendance and commitment to modeling.
There will also be one Featured model picked by the public on a monthly contest. In order to enter, one must attend the event and have his/her image taken by one of the resident Inner Flame Studios Photographers and request to enter the contest. All entries will be posted in a contest folder in which the public can vote on the winner for the month.
At the end of the year, all 12 Featured models will be in the FMN Calendar!!
We are also creating a FMN “Street Team” to promote our presence at events and scout new talent. If you are interested in becoming involved please contact our staff manager Alex Arriaza.
The monthly Portfolio building event will be moderated by staff members in order to insure better flow and space usage. Models and photographers must add their name to the list for that set and wait their turn in order to shoot there.
Also, a written log will be kept of who is shooting who in order to guarantee the delivery of the images from photographers to models. Photographers are required to drop off CDs with the images they took during the event no later than at the next event at the front desk of Inner Flame Studios where models can pick them up at their next available time.
